Refrigerator is good, some kinks

overall, it seems to be a solid built unit. does a great job cooling with great & cool tech. at first the screen was very buggy and sluggish but after several weeks samsung released a software update, now works like butter (higher resolution would be nice). the ice maker drives us up the wall because it constantly gets clogged with ice. the ice arm that opens and closes seems like it does not completely seal and you feel that air coming through from the freezer. because of this condensation likes to build up and block the ice maker. i have to chip out the built-up ice about every week to ensure it doesn't continue to clog. last complaint is: no led with water/ice dispenser. other than those few complaints, i feel like if it was not for those it would be a solid sleek unit.

Possible Solution to Frozen Screen Issues!!!

i love this refrigerator. the only problem is that the screen kept freezing up- couldn't swipe or anything. it was unresponsive. i did all the troubleshooting steps: the red switch in the top right, unplugged for 5 minutes...etc. nothing worked. so i noticed in the same location as the red switch (top right of the fridge) is a usb port. i put a wireless mouse connector in the port and started using the mouse to navigate the fridge screen. i then did a reset by going to settings, and it's been working fine. i just leave the wireless usb connector in there and if it freezes up again, simply grab the woreless mouse and reset it, or just use the mouse to navigate. i hope this helps!!

brand new refrigerator installed turned on and the freezer frosts all over the place and makes snow. my kids think it's hilarious. even had a snowball fight in the kitchen. tried to get service but they never showed. tried to use the chat before i wrote a review. no help at all. they said the technician will call you". the technician was scheduled to come earlier this week and never showed. never called. i am not happy with this refrigerator freezer at all.

Missing key parts

firs the refrigerator was delivered without the ice bucket that goes in the freezer. knowing i needed this for the fridge to make ice, i called support. they sent me the wrong part a week later. i called again, they told me the part would be sent out. a month later, no part arrived, so i called again. they had no record of the part being ordered. they gave me a reference number and said the part was on order. that was a month ago, i called today and the reference number i was given was not helpful and the customer service rep said the service department left note on my ticket that they needed the specific part number to send out. no one had done anything until i called. i am seriously about to send this stupid refrigerator back over a missing ice bucket.

we purchased this fridge in sept 2020 for our new home and absolutely loved the family hub features with the touchscreen and we listen to music most of our day and this was great until......2 monts later the screen started to be unresponsive and the reset button worked sometimes but now we cannot use the touchscreen at all after 2 months of owning this fridge, spent alot of money on this thing and its a brick that holds food. it does have a cool display but cannot use it at this time, we scheduled a service repair but will see how that goes. really hope this works out for us.

This is my second Samsung Refrigerator with Touch Screen Family Hub. This one fits in between my kitchen cabinets just well. The counter-depth design saves me some space in my kitchen (not very spacious). Yes, the 22 cu. ft. volume is not a very pleasant fact. But it is enough for daily use of my 3-people family. My son enjoys doodling using the screen. And I can also play spotify while I am cooking. That is a very nice experience.

I bought this to replace my old french door style fridge. I hated the french door guide and always had kids break the guide plastic. I loved my previous side bu side and thought about going back to side by side. So far it's prefect! I know french door talks about more space and such, but side by side has reach ability. I am loving the touch screen, the fridge is just meant to be married with a smart tablet.

No night light on ice water dispenser. I hate turning room light on just to see where to get ice and water in glass. Also ice despiser always freezes up or is too slow. I sent the form for free door bell because it would not let me apply on line, months and months later never received it. I actually wanted this fridge for that free $250 doorbell.

Love this Refrigerator

My wife and family absolutely love this refrigerator. We had been looking for a counter depth refrigerator for sometime and came across this one from. Aesthetically it is very sleep and modern looking and being that it has no handles and being counter depth it makes our kitchen look bigger. Mechanically, and to my surprise, the refrigerator is extremely quiet along with the ice machine. The shelves are sturdy in the freezer and and refrigeration part although only 1 shelf is adjustable. However the fixed shelf positions are in the right spots to handle bigger items. If there is one minor issue is that the lighting at the bottom of the refrigeration part is a bit dim. The family hub is fantastic as well. We are able to put calendar entries for all of our meals and family activities for the week ahead and love the ability to make a shopping list on the hub and use the app on my phone to see what we need. And there is a wide array of app's that you can download onto the hub. Would recommend this refrigerator to anyone that is looking for a ultra modern and sleek refrigerator that is extremely quiet.

I love the look and performance, the only things that I can point out are, I have to reboot the computer once in a while when it freezes, and that not all videos from YouTube upload. I bought the refrigerator about a month ago. Love the Samsung Family Hub, the water dispenser and ice maker. I'm glad I bought it. Only noise you hear is when the ice maker dispense the ice into the bucket. Use a big cup When you dispense the ice though because I don't think it's line up to good for the cups we use. But otherwise we like it

Love everything except the ice machine

It's small but we have a fridge in our garage so it's okay. Our issues is that the ice machine is loud, slow, and we don't live the cubes. Seems slightly cheap. Other than that we love it.

Great look that will make your kitchen POP!

Purchased in June 2020 to replace an old GE Profile. Researched Samsungs and there seem to be some issues with the ice maker and freezer in general but I have not seen this issue with my Refrigerator. A few of the things I like about this fridge is the side-by-side clean look, the touch display, and the clean handle-free look. I have different brands for my current dishwasher, overhead microwave and stove, yet the Samsung fits right in due to not having to "match" the handle style of my other appliances! So definitely a feature to consider. I also love the Family Hub features such as being able to watch a cooking video, play music, and adding family photos...plus way too many other stuff I have yet to try out. All-in-all very satisfied with my Samsung fridge! Purchased thru COSTCO at a great price with free delivery and installation.

We purchased this fridge and it does everything we need it to. Plus we figured if we were going to spend money on a fridge, we might as well make it a fun purchase! Love the ability to stream music while eating in the kitchen, connect to the fridge from our phone with the app, and use the whiteboard and memo features!

I had read some reviews that suggested this fridge might be noisy, but it is incredibly quiet. The only time it makes noise is when we play Pandora on it, so cool! Did not realize it had quality speakers as well as screen! Surprised my wife with it and she loves the home hub features, something she would not splurge for herself. Not a single complaint from me, except that Bixby will not agree to be my girlfriend, lol.

I love the family hub! I have two problems....1 is that you can't adjust the shelves and 2 I can't consistently watch the news on the screen. Sometimes the video works and sometimes it doesn't. I love the size and functionality of the freezer with the ice on the door. Also, I never received my Ring Doorbell incentive item.

3 months now with this fridge, not a single complaint. Love the design of the handles which are cut in the inseams and do not protrude out. This is great so my little one can't open the fridge and allows for a bit more walking space in the kitchen. Smart features and speaker are a plus. I would highly recommend this fridge. Great value.

surprisingly a lot of room inside

we didn't want a big bulky refrigerator, so went with the counter depth style. we were surprised how much it holds. the all around cooling is great. produce seems to last longer than usual. nice feature is l.e.d. lighting. no bright bulbs in the middle of the night. very stylish with door handles built in. the smart hub is great, it can be customized to your needs. the only negative is the ice maker bin does not hold a lot. also, when the ice drops, it sounds like someone is knocking on the front door.

Have had since the first Trump Check came. Love the fridge. Wish there was a light on the water/ice dispenser. Seems like a missed opportunity on such a high priced fridge. Also lack of good play store, while expected, is lame.
