I love how the S refrigerator was one of the cheapest but it works great! It has a lot of room and so far we have not had any issues with the cold.

This side by side refrigerator has a lot of space inside. It is brightly lit and features a nice large capacity freezer with a top drawer. The ice maker is a nice addition, although there is some ice cubes that may fall behind the drawer when the bin is full. Overall, this is a wonderful addition to my kitchen that I would highly recommend.

Nice refrigerator, terrible customer service

refrigerator delivered and basic set up done by pc richards. looking at doors one is lower than the other. easy fix according to manual, use included snap rings to level doors. problem is, no included snap rings. called samsung, at first no help but finally said they would send them. 2 weeks later, called to say more info needed, invoice showing delivery date. so far no snap rings. set of snap rings probably costs samsung less than $1.00. ridiculous!

do not buy any appliances made by samsung!!! our samsung refrigerator is 6 years old. in that time it has been a piece of junk. ice maker either freezes up or doesn't work. control board has been replaced once. out again so the fridge area freezes food-again.

stopped working

refrigerator was great for first 30 days. then uniit stopped working. took 12 days for samsung repair to come out. we lost all our frozen food. samsung repair guy said we had a sealed system repair. better off getting another unit. purchased unit from costco and they agreed to replace. new unit will not be here for another month.this has been a nightmare.
