Great Companion to our LG Washer Dryer

The height of my overhead cabinets didnt allow a top loading washing machine so to take full advantage of the space we bought pedestals for our new front loader washer and dryer. They are a great complement to the washer and dryer allowing easier loading and unloading of clothes. In our case LG provided the perfect size pedestal to fit our overall height restrictions below our overhead cabinets. They look beautiful from the front unfortunately in our case we get more of a side view of the washer and the pedestal when entering our laundry room. You see too much of the bracket that attaches the two together. Wish the side view in our case was as beautiful and sleek as the front view. They are really great looking machines with the pedestals. The pedestals provide extra convenience and storage. We paid around $250 each on sale at the Home Depot which is a much better value than the regular price.

Worst service and support I have ever experienced.

Purchased a top of the line washer and dryer. When they were delivered the dryer was damaged and didnt work. It took me one full month and many many phone calls to finally get a new one. I still dont have confirmation that the extended warranty i purchased on the first one has been transferred to the new one. Terrible service and support. They worst i have every experienced.

How much can you say about a pedestal? It lifts the machine up so its easier to access great for bad backs and has extra storage at the bottom. Worth getting for any front loading washer and/or dryer.

Pedestals not included in free install/haul away.

Ordered compatible pedestals in the same order as new washer and dryer. The order included free install and haul away for the washer and dryer but magically did not include free install for the pedestals and had to pay the third-party freight/install company out of pocket to get the pedestals installed. Terrible experience.

LG washer/dryer all in one unit

Ive had the LG all in one washer/dryer unit for approximately 3 weeks. I absolutely love it We are a busy family and this unit has been such a time saver for us. I love that I can fill the detergent and fabric softener and it will automatically dispense the amounts needing for the size laundry load. Ive also found that I can do larger loads of laundry after fully reading the instruction on how to properly place my laundry into the machine. This also insures that my laundry is fully dry at the end of the cycle it also helped with our laundry from being as wrinkled. And my top feature is the keep fresh it will keep your laundry smelling fresh if you forget your laundry in the unit which happens at my home often The LG app has also been very helpful. Having a QR code on the machine was very helpful in connecting the unit to the LG app. Once one the app you can change settings see how much time is remaining change the detergent and fabric softer amounts if you dont want the automatic setting. Overall I am extremely pleased with the unit as well as the LG app.

My LG washer and dryer was delivered a week ago. We are extremely happy with them. I normally do not like to order on line. However I ordered directly from LG and was extremely pleased with the results. Both products are very quiet. The delivery team was very good. Delivered on time removed old appliances swept the area and installed the new appliances.

I bought the big brother L.G. Wash and Dry Combo to pair up with the side kick. The combo is impressive as it senses your loads how dirty the clothes are and takes care of the rest with the AI Wash and Dry setting. If you dont trust the AI to take over your washing duties select from 15 other wash cycles. The little brother LG SideKick Pedestal Washer is cool. The on sale price of $300 its better to buy than the storage unit. The wife and girls like it for washing smaller loads and their undergarments that need a little more TLC or just need to be air dried. I how my drawers in the combo washer and dryer and let the AI setting figure out how dirty my drawers are. My wife said life is good. Happy wife happy life

False advertising/spec sheet

We are not big fans of the storage basket as it wastes a lot of space. Plus we used our old LG pedastal with dividers for 16 years and loved it with the divider. This pedastal says it can be used with either the basket or divider in the spec sheet and on website but then we received the pedastal IT DOES NOT come with the divider. When I called LG rep said the manual doesnt show it comes with the divider yet the drawer clearly has a slot to slide the divider into. And then they tell me the divider is not sold separately as a additional item or replacement part. Clearly false advertising both on The spec sheet and website. If your not planning to provide the storage divider then dont put it in the spec sheet.

Bad design poor installation.

The pedestal provides far less room than it should because of poor design. To further complicate the matter the installation from Home Depot was awful. I had them come back 4 times and it still is not right. The dryer and pedestal are crooked and slope to the right. The dryer and pedestal are also noticeably lower than the Washer and pedestal.
