I love my new Frigidaire refrigerator. My mother back in the 70s bought a Frigidaire refrigerator that finally quit working in 2000. When it did we bought another Frigidaire and just passed it on to a family member when we purchased our new one. I will purchase no other brand. This is the first refrigerator I have had with the drawer at the bottom being the freezer and the French doors on top. The freezer has tons of space and the refrigerator also has plenty of space in the doors and on the inside.

We bought this model after having a Frigidaire with ice in the fridge. It was only 10 years old but developed a freezing spot on the back of the fridge behind the ice maker. It froze through the insulation to the sheet metal and made an ice dam on the wall. Never had this issue with a fridge before. We bought this new fridge with the ice maker in the freezer on the bottom. Hope this one will last longer than 10 years.

I needed a deep refrigerator where I could still reach the food in the back. This works for us. Lots of door space even with the water filter which I haven™€™t used yet because I forget that it™€™s there. We like the ice shape and it makes ice often.

Stuck on DEMO Mode

Refrigerator set itself on demo mode and would not return to the proper mode. Frigidaire customer service provided zero help. There are no instructions in the user guide that comes with the fridge. You have to look up the manual online and surprise surprise, there is no mention of demo mode anywhere. The best they could do was send a technician out 30 days after purchase leaving me with no fridge. Beware that if you have any issues Frigidaire will not help you.

We like the large capacity of the refrigerator and freezer, and it's very easy to see and access with lots of shelves, storage in the doors, etc. The only thing that I'm disappointed in is that we had to schedule service for a repair in the 2nd week because the freezer door handle frequently comes loose on one end. I don't know if it's a faulty part or if the installation tech did something wrong, but hopefully the service technician can repair is to our satisfaction when they come next week.

We were looking for a refrigerator that's not too small and not too big. This refrigerator was just the perfect size. A lot of spaces inside. The only downside is that the water filter is inside the fridge so if you want water you would have to open the fridge to get water. Not sure if that is energy efficient. Other then that so far so good with the fridge.
